Stationary and signatures

We ARE using a stationary. We have about 20 statoinary in our tools area. But, we each need to use our own signature. We have a method to do it, as described above, but I was trying to find an easier way. Something like a macro in microsoft, but for Lotus Notes. Any Ideas?

In our own personal work email, we already use the automatic signature in preferences.
